Typically at closing you need to submit invoices from the different crafts that the work on the inspection report was done by qualified individuals
This invoice will satisfy the perspective buyer and satisify all your requirements at closing.
Although I know some people get away with doing their own work. I d advise against it. for several reasons.
1.I ve known people to lose the sale because they didn t have qualified contractors.
2. If I were the buyer I would want a qualified person to do the work because of liability and have peace of mind knowing that a professional has looked it over. (Cause if it ain t right -it ain t right)
