There are many things to consider, such as outlet placement,
switch and light locationswiring load,circuiting, and other general wiring problems that you should be aware of
in the planning stage of your remodeling
I've seen lot's of remodeling nightmares because the homeowner thought
they could handle
it themselves, instead of relying on a General Contractor.
The problem is you don't have any idea of the scope of the jobs of the subcontractors or the decisions that are required
about every little detail,
and the ability to coordinate the sequence of contractors.
